Uprade your current PNA network analyzer with option H11 to create your own system.

You can choose to create a banded mm-wave solution by combining any MW PNA with Option H11 and the N5260A with no options. Then, you would need to purchase the test heads separately.

Alternatively, you can upgrade your 67 GHz PNA (E8361A/C with option H11) to a single-sweep 10 MHz to 110 GHz N5250A/C system, by adding the N5260A with Option 110, 120 or 130.

N5260A mm-wave controller test set, includes:
- Various cables and adapters
- 1-year on-site warranty, where available
- Oleson Microwave test heads are also compatible with Keysight millimeter-wave systems
- Allows you to add banded mm-wave test heads (not included).

Option 110: adds 67 GHz to 110 GHz W-band test with combiner heads, includes:
- Various cables and adapters
- Installation and productivity assistance, where available
- 1-year on-site warranty, where available

Option 120: adds 67 GHz to 110
